元気です！
足の状態も良い方向に向かっておりまして、今日から一人稽古を開始します。1ヶ月くらいリハビリと共に全身トレーニングを連日やっているので筋肉痛がいい感じに気持ち良くなっています。
3月1日から復帰します。
頑張ります！！

元気です！ (I'm feeling good!)
The condition of my foot is also heading towards a good direction, and I've begun a one-man practice starting from today. Because I was doing about one-month rehabilitation and full-body training every day together, my muscular pain has pleasantly become good.
I am returning on March 1st. I'll do my best!
